For curious minds that want to see what that's about, let's try it! I can also help you overcome beauty fears whether it's based off past experience, terrible bedside manner, or even upselling products that don't deliver. I know and YOU know, you deserve better. While all that can be daunting, but I'm here to guide you through process. Booking an appointment translates to having read and agreeing to all terms and conditions within the policies.

Adjustments

Appointments where a service is removed and not replaced will be charged 60% of the removed service if not brought to my attention within the booking window (more than 48 hours).

Late Policy

Please inform me in advance. There is only a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later than 10 minutes and I can't take you due to an appointment right after, will be automatically a No Show and be charged 60% of service(s) booked.

Cancellations

I asked for a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so, forfeits booking deposit and you will be charged 60% in total to the card on file. Rescheduling after the 1st rescheduled appointment requires a new deposit. NCNS & Same Day cancellations will be charged 60% value of services.
